This program concentrates on architectural drafting with students being give the opportunity to develop skills in machine drafting if they so desire. Students will acquire the necessary hand drafting skills on the drafting boards as well as a strong emphasis on computer aided design. The drafting programs is always being updated to correspond to changes in the industry.
Students completing the program may either enter the job market as architectural drafters or may further develop their skills at the college level. A number of local colleges offers advanced standing for program graduates.
