Executive Session – 42-46-5(a)(4)(5)+(8) – for the purpose of discussions pertaining to investigative proceedings regarding allegations of misconduct, either civil or criminal, for the purpose of discussions or considerations related to the acquisition or lease of real property for public purposes and for the purpose of discussions pertaining to student disciplinary hearings; any individuals to be discussed have been so notified.
