Executive Session – 42-46-5(a)(1)(2)+(8) – for the purpose of discussions pertaining to an individual’s job performance or character (approval of executive session minutes of April 27, 2010 – Superintendent’s and Assistant Superintendent’s contracts); any individuals to be discussed have been so notified, for the purpose of discussions pertaining to collective bargaining or litigation (ESP negotiation notification and legal update on the following: CTC suit, student issue, IEP and Charter School Tuition and Discrimination suit) and for discussions pertaining to other matters which relate to the privacy of students and their records (approval of executive session minutes of April 27, 2010 – Appeal of Superintendent’s decision).
