General Laws Section 42-46-5(a)(2) for the purpose of discussion and/or action pertaining to (potential) litigation ((1) Commissioner’s Determination Rescinding the Superintendent’s Decision to Deny a Transfer Request (2) Permission to Initiate Litigation to Recover Tuition (3) Lawsuit filed on behalf of the Zell family and (4) Notification of Superintendent’s Intent to Invoke the Indemnification Clause of his Contract) and under the authority of R.I.
