  • no login required but must complete it before leaving the site it can not be saved
  • No Save As option, but use the snipping tool of the "start" menu and save it as a jpeg.
keep word phrases together by using the tilde ~ (on the same key as the accent mark, to the left of number 1)
Instructions for Creating a Wordle
1.Click on Create
2.Type in the words you want to form the word cloud.
3.Key words can be enlarged by just repeat typing the word. (Does not have to be consecutive)
4.To keep two words linked in the wordle, use the tilde key between the words:word~cloud
5. Check out the Font, Layout, and Color Menus to give your Wordle the design you want.
6.When complete, go to the start menu and find the snipping tool on the menu.
7. Click on new when the snipping tool opens you will see a +. Drag the corners out to cover the part of the screen you want to include.
8. When you have selected the portion you want go to the "File" menu and choose "Save As". Save your Wordle as a jpeg file that you can then insert into your Word document.
